Reporting: Leading the team members (1on1s, performance evaluation, OKRs)
Reviewing candidates, tasks and doing technical interviews
Moderating chapter meetings and learning sessions
On-boarding new team members joining the team
Handling production issues escalations (after going through the team members)
Ensuring the quality of the code through reviews and automated checks
Providing technical guidance to the rest of the team
Maintaining the architecture of the code for scalability and maintainability
Maintaining the technical backlog of the team
Conduct performance reviews for the team members
5+ years of experience in software engineering with recent experience developing in Ruby on Rails
A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently
You’re willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
Previous experience using Instabug in a beta or live app.
Worked on an app that's being used at a scale.
World class Fifa19 player.
