Your role as a Customer Success Specialist is to help our existing customers to be able to fully utilize our platform and make the best out of Instabug’s features.
- Address all customer-related queries on time.
- Up-sell and Cross-sell existing customers to use more products from Instabug
- Provide Instabug’s product team with the customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers.
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Information systems or Computer Engineering,
- You have a solid technology background with knowledge of the mobile apps’ ecosystem.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
- You have great communication skills.
- You can communicate effectively in both business and technical contexts
- You can juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- You are process-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Experience at a technology startup.
- World-class Fifa20 player.
