Responsibilities:

Thousands of companies all over the worlds are using Instabug to iterate faster and enhance their app quality, and more are signing up every day. Your role as a Customer Success Specialist is to help our existing customers to be able to fully utilize our platform and make the best out of Instabug’s features.

  • Address all customer-related queries on time.
  • Up-sell and Cross-sell existing customers to use more products from Instabug
  • Provide Instabug’s product team with the customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers .                                  

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Information systems or Computer Engineering,
  • You have solid technology background with knowledge of the mobile apps’ ecosystem.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English.
  • You have great communication skills.
  • You can communicate effectively in both business and technical contexts
  • You can juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • You are process-oriented with problem-solving skills.
